Central Chiayi, spacious and clean room (except the fungus in the bathroom), nice facilities and comfortable bed. They made an effort to make this into a nice place to stay. Water machine on all floors. Car parking included on a very nearby parking.

We had a great experience staying here. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were fantastic—patient, helpful, and full of useful advice on how to travel around the area. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions.

Great location and very clean, new and comfortable rooms. We arrived with two bikes and it was no problem to put them in the entrance hall.

Amazing stay, especially for the price! The room was extremely spacious, modern and clean. I will really miss the comfy bed. The staff, even though having limited English skills, was very helpful and kind. I also really appreciate the urge of the hotel to be sustainable - rooms were only cleaned when asked for (there was a convenient button inside the room to signal the wish for it) and they didn't offer too many single-use products that would just be thrown out afterwards. The hotel is located close to the Chiayi train station, a night market and several shops and restaurants.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. I had the best sleep in a long time, it was a shame that I only stayed for one night. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the train station and is very close to the night market. I actually walked to most of the sites within the city. I will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Location was very convenient e.g. Wenhua night market was very nearby. Separate toilet and shower made the experience even more worthwhile

Great location, one of our room got upgraded without extra cost, convenient arrangement of the parking lot, very clean, plenty international sockets at every reasonable corner in the room, and the coffee in the ground floor was awesome.

The bed was so comfortable! And it was very clean. The location is good, 10 mins to the train station if you walk slowly. Really close to the night market and other good restaurants. Would really recommend this hotel!
