Beautiful place! Quiet and peaceful settings with incredibly nice and helpful reception and staff! Delicious dinners and breakfast. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The Masseria was a very nice and I’m glad I stayed in one because I’d never been in one. The room was spacious and airy and the bathroom was big with enough towels and toiletries. The room and bathroom were always kept clean. To welcome us, we had complementary water, tarallucci and a small bottle of their olive oil which was really nice touch. There was lots of choice and variety at breakfast and on one of the days I asked for a salad for lunch and they prepared it for me which I really enjoyed. One of my favourite things was the pool which we all appreciated especially because it was so hot. Also, the poolside was very well kept.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, advising on places to visit. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but our room was ready so we were allowed to check in early at no extra cost. The room was very large, even better than the photos showed. We stayed in the suite which had a king size bed, chaise longue, dressing table and chair all in a very large room. We had an additional space, with separate air conditioning, which had a jacuzzi bath and lounge area. And then a separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and wonderful shower. The masseria is in a beautiful location with views over the pomegranate, lemon and lime trees, and is surrounded by further lemon and lime and olive trees. The pool area is sheltered, with lots of loungers and tables and chairs and umbrellas, with extra towels available. The parking area is covered, with nice walkways all around the masseria. There is also a walking/running track around the grounds, through the farm. Breakfast was nice but limited. We ate at the restaurant one night, the food was very nice and the waiter friendly.

Was really great place to stay. Very relaxing, quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff were truly welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was amazing, clean and just perfect. Room was clean and even better than expected.

Great and beautiful hotel. Pool area is confortable (sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, terrace). Restaurant is very good. The landscape and the renovated masseria are breathtaking. Staff is very kind. A nice public beach is only a quick 10 minutes drive away.

The masseria is in a perfect location to explore the center of Puglia. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Deborah and Virgilia who are responsible for guest relations. And the director, Andrea and his lovely wife whose family owns the Masseria couldn’t be nicer. The rooms are beautiful. We had a slight problem in our room and they moved us right away to another beautiful room. The views from the masseria are stunning besides the olive orchards, they also have some fruit trees and adorable donkeys. Their farm is a bio-agriturismo , no pesticides are used. Every morning we were greeted in the breakfast room by the lovely Liana who made sure we had everything we needed and in addition to the pastries, cakes, bacon, cheese yogurt, and fresh fruit, Liana made us delicious eggs and coffee to order. She also suggested great places to buy fruit, cheese, and taralli in the nearby town of Palagiano. The shopkeepers are lovely and care so deeply for their local cheeses and produce. Deborah and Virgilia gave us a list of suggestions for restaurants in the area which we tried three from the list and they were all great. We especially liked La Barchetta in Castellaneta Marina and Sale e Sarde in Castellaneta. We also had a delicious 4-course meal at the restaurant at the masseria. We told them ahead of time our dietary restrictions, which they lovingly accommodated. They have an excellent wine list and every dish was beautifully cooked and presented. Don’t leave without purchasing their orange, mandarin, lemon or peperoncino-flavoured olive oils from their own organic olives. We will definitely stay there again to try out their pool and spa.
