There was a nice verandah/sitting area with a kettle to use and free drinking water. There was also a fridge and microwave for guests to use. Room was a little small but comfortable and had fan and aircon. Nice quiet location. Great value for money, would stay there again.

I arrived in chiang mai at 8 in the morning and they let me check in at that time. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he is always giving you recommendations to make your stay the best. The place is nice near a nice temple. Comfortable room.
