Everything about the accommodation was exceptional! The two young people (girl and guy) that worked the evening shift were the kindest two people we’ve met in Thailand!

We had the absolute best time at Villa Thapae. Unfortunately we were only here for one night but when we come back to Chiang Mai this will be our hotel for the entire duration of our trip. Ten extra points for the cheerful and helpful woman at the reception, she truly made our stay memorable.

Cute little oasis just away from everything but close enough to walk into all the main areas. I didn’t have a scooter and walked everywhere and was fine. The girls on reception are so happy and helpful, they went above and beyond to find a way for me to get to Pai when everything was booked out. They send you lots of great tips via WhatsApp on things to do/ see and places to eat. The excellent communication is really what made the stay here so enjoyable

What a lovely house! We stayed for 3 nights and we absolutely enjoyed it. Just one street parallel to the main street, but absolutely quiet and very beautiful with all the green and the pool. We had a kind of separate two-story apartment which was spacious and well maintained with more than sufficient space for us 4. Everything clean and good. And the pool was great for our boy! Location is fantastic with major sights and night market in walking distance. And the lovely ladies at the counter really made a difference, always so cheerful, happy and helpful. We would always go again and can only highly recommend it to everyone!!
