The stay here was great, staff were all really friendly and helpful. You get breakfast at anytime of the day which was really good if you wanted a lie in. We both enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The staff went their extra way to accommodate to my Keto diet lifestyle and they were very friendly. Location in the Old town made it handy to move around. Great Breakfast for the value. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Shower pressure was fantastic and roomy. Not many rooms so gave a boutique feel. We will come back!

The property is so beautiful. We loved our room, the four poster bed and colourful windows and also the bathroom was the star of the show with a spacious spa bath! The staff were all so kind and it was helpful to have someone in the reception who could help arrange our cooking class and transport to our next location. The breakfast was great , lots of choice. The pool was a nice calm area. Location was great

Location was spot on for us. In the old town and walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Sunday night market was two streets down. This is huge so go early to peruse. It gets busy quickly. Food was amazing and the buzz of the market was brilliant. It wasn't far to walk to the main town area of Chiang Mai from the hotel. But there's plenty to see within the old town.There was also a handy small shopping area down the street with a square. Trees for shade and seats. Delicious noodles at the Blue Noodle on the corner, very inexpensive! And very good fresh fruit smoothie two doors down. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel is quite basic. Pool needed a good clean, tiles were a bit green. As it was a traditional hotel the furniture was dark wood but generally clean. Bathroom in need of an update, shower door was missing - hinges still attached. But it was long enough to keep the water inside. Quite a noisy location. No double glazing to help muffle the noise. Bed was comfortable, daily room service, hot water generally good. Aircon. Complimentary shower gel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. They have an in house tourist booking desk, which gives discounts. We had already arranged guides to go to Doi Inthanon National park and a northern cooking course but you can do it here when you arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the location was good for us, just not quite what we were expecting. Ok for the price.
