I booked Vieng Mantra for the nice courtyard with the pool. Unfortunately I made the mistake to book the wrong room category, so I didn’t have that nice view from my room. Other than that, it was really good value for money. Convenient location in distance to the walled city, canal and river. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise.

Great location for getting around the city. Very close to night markets, lovely restaurants and there is an express laundry service around the corner. Nice to have the balcony off our room and space to relax around the pool.

The location in the middle of the city near Thapae gate is a plus. Staff is friendly and the rooms are good value for money.

The Vieng. Mantra Hotel is quirky and traditional. It was excellent value for money, clean and comfortable. The location was central and within easy reach of everything.
