Staff were superb! Lovely extra the resort offers free bikes to explore Chiang Mai which we used. Nice private deck with a day bed looking over the pool area. Great location.

From the minute we entered the hotel it just oozed relaxation and calmness.Lovely reception staff who asked us what soap we would like in our room,gave us a beautiful cold herbal drink before signing us in. Our room was on the top floor ..our balcony looked over the pool area and we had lovely comfortable seating plus a fan.The room was spacious,the bed was super comfortable and it was all so calming!Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice,well presented and served in a calm,polite manner.tThe staff couldn’t be faulted..calm,polite and helpful a real credit to the hotel.
