We came back to this hotel every year for the last 3 years now. Clean and comfortable room, Very friendly and helpful stuff. Location couldn’t be better just 100m from the Sunday walking market and easy to hope on the red tuk tuk which route are going around the town ( if you stay long enough on the tuk tuk that you eventually will come back to the same spot where you got in to the tuk tuk) @30 thb. Hope this is helpful 😊

The hotel has a pool which is ok, the location is great right in the middle of the East side of the old town, A OK breakfast is available by the pool for 80 Baht.
