We stayed for 10 nights over the Christmas and New Year period and had an amazing stay. We’ve been travelling for a long time and wanted somewhere we could rest and relax and The Grand Napat was just that. The apartment was a great size, with separate bedroom, lounge and walk in closest. The Kitchen was a good size and we were able to cook multiple times. Although it was not a smart tv a DVD player and films are provided which we really enjoyed. WiFi decent in the whole apartment. The pool is fantastic and we enjoyed late evening swims with a good gym if interested. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff came to knew us and what our order was likely to be. There is also a good launderette just down the road and we had a balcony to dry our clothes with a clothes rack provided. Good running track less than a KM away if you like running. Old town is a 20 minute walk but is very easy and accessible and meant the area around the hotel was very quiet. If we ever return to Chiang Mai, we would not look at anywhere else to stay.

The gym and pool area were fantastic. Our room was a lot bigger than we thought. Customer service was excellent.

Spacious rooms, very nice breakfast. You can chill outside on the sunbeds next to the swimming pool. It’s big enough to be able to swim a bit. The gym outside is facing the pool so you can enjoy the view and it’s well integrated to the facilities. You also can fill your bottle at the water refill

The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was a nice area also, though they need to invest in some more parasols/umbrellas as only 2-4 beds are shaded and the rest are fully exposed to the sun.

Napat is amazing! Considering the season, it’s the best choice in terms of price and quality. The apartments are spacious, clean, and while a bit worn, it actually adds to their charm. I highly recommend it!

5 minutes to weekend Jing jai market. Choose a room facing the pool on the 3rd floor. Balcony is small but adequate to sit. No mosquitoes. Pool is large enough with about 10 benches. Gym room on the ground floor.
