One of the best value for money hotels we have stayed in. Felt like a hotel that should be a lot more expensive. Fantastic kind staff, spotless rooms every day when room service was complete, bottled water every day that you could put in your fridge and a very comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again.

The location is convenient for guests who would like to go to Nimman and old town area. Spacious room with A/C. And the price is competitive.

Very nice staff, big room, very clean, big comfy bed, everything is clean. Bathroom is good. Aircond works well. They have a parking lot, even for motorbikes. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and close to Nimman activities (tip: there is a laundry service in a house facing the hotel).

I booked the Hotel mainly because of the location; it's in a quiet street, yet not far away from places you need to go; As a cyclist I'm always looking for places that are close to places that I frequently go with my bike - in the case of Chiang Mai this is Doi Pui, the Mountain that is west of the City; there is a nice and challenging road going up the mountain

Hotel with modern rooms. Restaurant with a decent breakfast (although there are many other options in the local area). Pool area is nice but i didn't hang around much there. No problems with WiFi, bathroom, AC, check-in etc.

You get what you pay for. Anyway, everything is quite good, the location is good, the staff is helpful, the pool is clean, hotel is in a very quiet place, a little further from the main street. It's a little disappointing that the windows won't open, I don't know why, but they don't open all the way. By the way, many thanks to the restaurant staff for the very good and pleasant service.
