Nice location with traditional lanna style. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. The room is comfortable and well facilitated. The service people are friendly.

Nice boutique hotel with traditional northern style interior. Rooms are spacious and the pool area is nice to relax. The hotel is located at the entry of the old town, next to restaurants, 7/11 and bars. You will find everything in walking distance.

The location is good. 7-eleven is right the next door. Night market has great food. The deco is unique and beautiful. The room and common area is really spacious . The swimming pool is lovely.

What a wonderful hotel. Only 12 rooms. I don't know why it isn't 4*. Such lovely decor and furniture. Spotlessly clean. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Very friendly reception staff. Very good bathrooms, powerful shower, lots of hot water and good toiletries. A safe and hairdryer in the room. We stayed in Rich Lanna House twice, first in a deluxe room on the top floor, beautiful wooden floors and furniture, and a vaulted ceiling, then in a small room on the 2nd floor. Equally as well decorated and furnished, just much smaller. A lovely pool with loungers in sun and shade. Brilliant location. There are lots of good bars and restaurants in walking distance, including the North Gate Jazz Cooperative - give it a try - and the North Gate food market. The night market is about 30 minutes walk away. There is a 7 Eleven next door. Although the hotel is on a busy road it is very quiet. One of the best hotels we've stayed in in 3 months of travelling.

Such a unique and beautiful place!! The staff is incredibly kind, the room was spot on clean and the overall atmosphere very peaceful. Highly recommended!!! No breakfast here, but there's a nice cafè nextdoor and it's just a short walk from many other places that serve breakfast in the old town.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Pool is great for the size. quiet hotel even though the location is central. Great coffee shop next door. comfy bed. Kettle and fridge in the room. price was good.
