The hotel was older but well maintained. The staff were excellent - very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed (fridge, kettle for coffee in the morning) and was cleaned daily - plus they gave us 2 bottles of water daily. Location of the hotel was good. We were close top restaurants, shopping and a nightly market. Breakfast was provided - pretty good but I’m not a big breakfast person.

Good location. Room had a balcony view along Lor Kroy Rd. Big comfortable bed. WiFi good. Breakfast excellent.

We stay here everytime we go to Chiang Mai. It's location is great and it is also close to our family that live there. The rooms are always clean and the beds seemed to be upgraded since our last visit and were really comfortable. The restaurant down stairs is really amazing and we always cannot wait to come back. Thank you.

Overall our stay of four days was good. Buffet breakfast ok but not much choice

Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Room was as clean as it could be. Pool area lovely, but no ability to sunbathe after 3pm as in shade.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from the night market and there is plenty to do in the area. The staff is very kind and charming. The rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommended. There is parking for the hotel and there is a fun pool, not huge but definitely sufficient.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is easy walking distance to Old Chiang Mai with its numerous cafes and bars. Their breakfast had lots of food options
