This is a great hotel and very good value. It is located very centrally and we found that we were always the last to be picked up for tours as the hotel is in the south of the city, which meant extra sleep in the morning! The pool is nice, in a slightly odd location as it is at the front of the hotel but it doesn’t feel too overlooked. The staff were all lovely. The main house is gorgeous and has a nice traditional Thai feel and is very quiet.

Great location in heart of chiang mai, local to 7/11 and affordable restaurant, staff were incredible friendly and helpful with laundry services, pool on site which was great! Lovely spacious and clean rooms.

Location is perfect. Could walk to many places. Room was great, clean. Swimming pool was great for cooling down after shopping and sightseeing!

The hotel's location and the quietness . It's one of the few hotels that allows you to take breakfast outside if you have an upcoming course/excursion. The breakfast was pretty good and also de bed to stay a few days
