Comfy beds with good sleeps. Quiet guests and kind staff. We stayed for a second time here and the room came with a fridge and was decorated much nicer. Enjoy panda a lot!0

Really good location because it was far enough from the hustle and bustle for it to be peaceful and quiet in the lovely garden out the front, but a short walk into the old town and conveniently placed so it is an easy walk to an indoor day market where prices were much lower than the central touristy night markets. Also a roof terrace with great sunset view of the mountains. Really friendly and helpful service and a nice family feel about the place. Free bag storage is a bonus.

Everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable in a quiet area not far from the old town.

Centrally located up a lane, owners and staff are very accommodating. Free toast and instant coffee each day, unlimited supply of toilet paper and a bottle of water each day (self services). Lovely hot shower with no temp limit, air con was really effective and quiet. Very spacious room. Also note that if you want a room clean you just have to ask. They are very accommodating and will do it upon request. Has a great hang out zone out front the property - great place to have a morning coffee.

Location was good just outside the old town square. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and quite big. Outdoor common areas were really nice and good for just chilling.

I like it because they had the Homestead, which was their family. It’s almost like staying with them., they’re very kind person, if I went back to Chang Mai, I would always go there.
