Set in a good location just on the out skirts of the main square, easy to walk to or grab a taxi to and from! Staff were lovely! Pool area a little small, however not enough time to sit and sunbathe on a travelling holiday anyway so a quick dip and sunbathe is all we needed from here!

Bed was comfy, breakfast was simple and the kitchen staff don't speak english, so was hard to ask them for something because they don't understand, but they are really very kind. Receptionist let us to leave your backpacks for few hours the day we had check out, so thank you for that.

Shortly before my arrival I broke my leg and arrived at the accommodation with crutches. The staff was very nice and always willing to help. Breakfast was very varied and in the form of buffets. For an extra charge you can also use the laundry room.

Very nice rooms, great lighting, cozy design, small balcony from where I could see the mountains and sunset. Very nice bathroom and super comfy bed. The location is in a bit quiet area but still walking distance. Not much street light. A shop is a couple mins away through a small ally.

I stayed at Norwind for two weeks. The room was big and clean with a nice bathroom and a mini fridge. The staff were nice and polite and helped me with different reservations. The breakfast was awesome with a wide range of local and international dishes and items. There is a small cozy pool. The Wifi in my room (the 5th floor) was strong. The property is less than ten minute walk to Chiang Mai's Old Town.

Ok for me but lack of more varieties to choose, one type of bread, no ham or bacon and no orange juce (after 2nd day) and no apple juice.
