After cleaning the room, the staff knew we were drinking a lot of water. She left 4 drinking bottles for us. Without asking ....

I thought the breakfast was really good. The food tasted very good and there was plenty to choose from. For location, it was very close to the city center and easy to get around on a TukTuk. My girlfriend and I walked to and from the city center to go to the night market, coffee shops and restaurants. The city center was only around 500m away.

The hotel is very spacious and clean, It is well located within walking distance of the old city and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My room was very comfortable.

This is my 2nd time to stay at Mercure CNX. i feel comfortable from my first stay . All of my request were take care of and provided, Thank you!! Thank you for birthday cake for my mom too !!! Appreciate the effort of each and every one of the individual who attended to my request and provided them through a team of excellent staff, from the front office, bell service, housekeeping and citrus team!!!

overall - satisfied and will definitely repeat stay! Room - love the lightning and color of the room! white and turquoise (if not mistaken). although old hotel and still use bedside control panel, but still good. room is huge!!!! Bfst - worth the money! it was a promo of 158 thb (if I'm not mistaken) brought my family to eat bfst and they love it! me too I love the spread of bfst! pool - enjoy the pool! staff - very friendly and accommodating! bed - 2 big queen size bed and can be put together too!! my request - it was granted and I'm satisfied. a plastic chair for my mom to use in the bathroom and room near lift! location - glad that its next to Tops supermarket and local wholesale supermarket just across the road. some may find the hotel location too far from the center but depends if you are local or foreign tourist. the nearby Thanin Market is a plus also where you can find local food and produce! wheelchair friendly - for me to push my mom to the bfst room was easy just that the ramp at the cafe itself is too steep to claim and to low to go down with wheelchair. the railing along could have be 1 level for wheel chair to go down and another level for elderly to hold on to while going up the stairs
