Super clean and comfortable room. Had the best sleep and shower there since arriving in Thailand 1 month ago. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Everything, location was right in the middle of the city centre plus was quiet enough to have a good sleep. The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and helpful with information and all your needs. 100% will come back. Even though i didn't say anything about being my birthday, they went all the way to gift me a lovely present, which I'll cherish a lot. They have a lot of information about local guides and excursions to do in the city at the best rate, compared with booking online with other international places. They also provide amenities like free bottle of water daily, towels if you need to, and many things more. Another important thing is that WiFi is very strong. Had no issues at all during my stay and worked perfectly fine with all the heavy stuff like Netflix, etc. Room wise, the bed was really comfy and spacious. It had all the amenities you would want. A mini fridge also, so you can store anything cold you bring to your room. I'll definitely come back there, next time I visit the city. It was such a lovely stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

Nice room. Friendly staff including owner who lives opposite. Didn’t have breakfast but can recommend Mom And Me 10 minutes walk south. Quiet location. Reasonable value.

Host is absolutely wonderful person. Every working staff is very polite. Location is good. Grab or bolt was coming infront of hotel to pickup. Only 400 meters away from Sunday night market. Breakfast was simple. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel has no elevator but it's only G+2 building so there was no problem. Staff was very helpful to carry our luggages.

The location was excellent, basically in a quiet area next to the large temple but central enough to be close to all the activity in the old town.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay in Chiang Mai. The property does exactly what it says on the tin but our stay was elevated by the staff. Kishor and his team were perfect from the moment we arrived. They were helpful, attentive and ensured we maximised our time in the city. Couldn’t recommend them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wasn't feeling well and the staff phoned to check on me and delivered extra water, coffee, loo paper to my room. I greatly appreciate the personal attention that can only happen in smaller establishments.

Extraordinary hospitality, all staff members always smiling, willing to help. Hotel in great location, all amenities are there, cheap, beautiful. simple but tasty breakfast. I recommend and would return.
