The hotel requires prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I was looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai at the last minute at the airport upon arrival as I booked in the wrong city without realizing it and came across this wonderful place on a great deal. The place is on the outside of the wall but not really an issue. Aoom, this owner commented how lucky I was as she had posted spots since some people canceled. It is a boutique hotel with a cafe and clothing store attached at the front. The cafe is great for breakfast and the coffee is nice, but I can't speak to the clothing store as it wasn't open when I was there. The staff is nice and there is a security guard at night so if you need to park a motorbike or come and go that's no issue. The owner is usually there during the day or her staff until 6pm, but she is lovely to talk to and has another location on the edge of the city as well.

Great location in the old town - close to the north gate night market but walkable to most anywhere in / around the old town. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn’t speak to the staff a lot but everyone seemed nice.

The room is nicely decorated, comfy bed, enough space for everything. In the reception everyone very kind and willing to help. The decoration and overall look of the place is really cared for and there is a nice atmosphere, specially important when traveling alone as a woman. The location is perfect, you are not in the middle of very busy and touristic streets but not far away from the all the things you find in the old town.

The staff was really kind and welcome me with the big smile when I got there! The room is very clean and they cleaned up every day if you ask for it. The location is perfectly close to the restaurants!!

Great little hotel edge of old town, lovely helpful staff, clean rooms and really good value for money. The nightly food market on the opposite side of the main road is an added bonus.
