The hotel is located very close to the Tha Phae gate in a quiet alley. From here you have easy access to the old city, the Warorot market and the Night Bazaar. The hotel is good. The room was nice and comfortable. Mrs. Kamala was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. And the staff was nice and friendly too. The WiFi was ok. The coffee/tea were free. I had a pleasent stay at this hotel. I would stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Location was fantastic, staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. We arrived during the Loi Krathong festival and owner was giving us tips on where to go to see everything. Room was large, with comfortable beds, good aircon, water supplied daily and little things like a desk and somewhere to hang your clothes was nice to have. Oh and there were two cute cats hanging out in the reception area, a bonus for the kids :)

Lovely spacious room, nice balcony, hot shower, good aircon. Kamala so friendly and helpful, free coffee, teas, water in all the communal areas. Charming little terrace and nice coffees and drinks

Great location. Across the road from Taphae Gate and next to McDonalds. The room was quiet of a night time. The air-conditioning was good. Room was made up daily and new water provided.

The room was spacious for three of us and it was very easy to locate the place. The location is really good. Just opposite to the Tha Phae Gate which attracts a lot of tourists from different countries. The night markets are at walkable distance and not to miss, Kamala is a great host who takes care of her guests really well.
