The hotel has an excellent location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in buffet style. It is to the point, not too much, not too little. The room is standard, is ready for some refurbishment I believe, a bit out of date.

The Staffs were very nice and helpful. Great location especially if you stay when you attend the Muengthai Chiangmai Marathon Running Event.

The spacious but minimalistic room (small wardrobe and I'd prefer to have some more furniture to keep my belongings, like more chairs/small table, etc.), good bathroom facilities, varied breakfast and super nice staff at the breakfast. The location is right near the Thapae gate, very very convenient though may be noisy. For the price they ask absolutely okay.
