Some of the reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was kept clean and supplied regularly. The location is great a quiet street very close to Chiang Mai gate. Good sized room and very comfortable. Laundry available on request.

Location is very good, nearby the night market and Sunday night market, coffee shops and 7 11 are nearby also. The staff are friendly, easy and quick check in and check out. Breakfast buffet is small but they can provide omelet especially for Muslims visitors who will not find much to eat.

The location right by the gate to the old town was perfect, and the hotel itself is very pretty and comfortable. Our room was beautiful, with lots of space, even a walk-in wardrobe, and overlooked the pool. And the staff made our stay great as they were always so friendly and very helpful.

Don't get us wrong - this is a perfectly fine hotel, but we read some stellar reviews on booking.com and just expected this hotel to be better than it was. The best thing about the hotel was without a doubt its location, about a 2min walk from the city gates. This means that the entire old town, as well as the night market, is located within a short walking distance. We only took a taxi once and that was to get to a famous temple located on a mountain outside the city. The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool was really appreciated (it was 37°C when we visited). There is a vending machine for drinks next to the pool and pool towels were provided.
