Relaxed friendly vibe, clean, quiet, quality sleep, great beds, nice apartments, location, decor, breakfast (coffee was excellent) and close to massage, temples, shopping, restaurants.

Family room had 2 separate bedrooms and a lounge in between with doors for privacy so you weren't all in together in one big room. Perfect for sharing with teenagers. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff were fabulous Be prepared for a lovely cold pool! Central in the old town so pretty much a 1km walk to anything happening near the moat eg night markets

Location is very convenient, within walking distance of about 5 to 10 minutes can get most of restaurant and tourist attractions. The hotel is quiet, with friendly staff and guests. Simple breakfast is served and drinking water is supplied.

Th location is perfect! Right in the centre of the old town located on a little street with minimal street noise. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was better than expected. Simple but had a perfect range and did the job. Staff were all very nice.

We booked it last minute and because of its location within old town. We were primarily in Chiang Mai for a half marathon so it was perfect for our short stay
