It's a big hotel (3 big floors) but kept super clean and very quiet. I recommend it for the very good price per value. The area is very quiet but all the attractions are super easy the reach. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If they could speak better English, it would be even better.

Large rooms which look exactly as pictured and are equipped with all of the facilities mentioned. There is a stray cat which hangs around the property and they have a jar of treats on hand that you can feed it. There is a cold/ hot water machine, along with mugs which you can use to make teas and coffees. You are also in walking distance to all of the temples in the old city. The staff are lovely!

Good location for the old town. Easy going place to stay, near to coffee shops and breakfast places. Very clean, good bed linen and a comfortable bed.

Very nice staff with 24 hours reception! Good location, big room. I had forgotten my shoes and they helped very fast with that issue. Honest poeple... I am very happy.

centrally located in the old city of Chiangmai, near by many of the famous temples and quietly tucked away down one of the streets. Stayed in alot of hotels in Thailand this one did the job perfectly. A lot of the perfectionist expecting a 5* stay probably isn’t for you but the rest of you will enjoy. ALSO A CAT, tends to guards the doors on a night

The adult owner gave us a lot of ideas and tips on what was possible to do in the surrounding area around Chiang Mai! Good location too and everything is at your disposal there! So a summary, has some little issues that could be improved but overall you get your money's worth. All joking aside I would definitely recommend 9/10!
