I wanted a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai and Changpuak delivered on that. The hotel.is ideally located in.a quiet spot but within easy walking distance to the old town. It's a traditional style hotel with large, clean rooms. I enjoyed my 3 day stay there.

The staff were so lovely! The price was very good, the pool was very serene. Room cleaned daily. The location is near live music and good local food!

Our second time at this hotel, it was just as great this time as the first time! 😁 It's in a nice quiet area away from the street and the pool is an extra plus!

Nice spacious room, good air-conditioning, fairly comfortable bed. Staff was very attentive and did their best to accommodate requests. Great location, just a few minutes away from a food market and within walking distance to old town of Chiang Mai. Pool area is really nice, the pool is not very big, but was enough for the guests when I stayed there. I would recommend introducing 'Do not disturb' and 'Please clean my room' cards for the door as it was a surprise when the lady tried to get in since no one told me there was daily cleaning service at the hotel. Overall it's a nice budget option with great location and very nice facilities.

The bed was so incredibly comfortable! The air conditioning worked well and the staff were very friendly. It was really close to the bus station! Really good value for money!
