It is our second stay in the property and a different room. We booked a triple room this time. The bathroom was exception in terms of size, design and cleanliness. Bathroom products were in refillable containers with large print. Room design was comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean and good quality. The property itself is in a quiet back street of a bustling area just outside the Old City which sees a bit more of the action at night. Can definitely recommend. The property is affordable, mid-range accommodation that makes an excellent base for touring the area. Great laundry service next door.

Beautiful little property. Our gorgeous room overlooked the Jade Temple. Loved the street. Handy laundry next to the property. Cute breakfast room where it’s easy to meet other guests. Breakfast was decent. Was a suitable and comfortable accommodation for my daughter and myself.

Super nice hosts. The room aws really nice. Had a good breakfast. The location was super close to THA PHAE gate. Loved our stay! Was totally worth the money.

- The location is perfect to visit the old city by foot. - The breakfast was delicious (you can choose from a set menu every morning - we tried all 3 options (pancake / fried rice / fried eggs) they were all good and generous! - The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

Everything was fine, the staff very friendly and helpful. Internet was fast enough for work. Girls preparing breakfast always try to make us happy and not have the same food every morning.

This place is at a great location situated inside a quiet lane of Chang Moi, but at the same time it is very close to the main street of Thaphae. The rustic look of this place gives a beautiful and unique experience. There are numerous number of beautiful cafes around. The breakfast was also great.
