The service was incredible from the moment you arrive the staff of BaanBoo Loo greet you graciously at the front and carry your bags in. They bring you up to sit you down with tea/coffee and fruit, and then give a brief history and culture of Chiang Mai as well as draw on a map great experiences, cafes, and things to do. Once we checked in, we were amazed by the architecture and detail of the rooms, I felt transported to another world! Every day included room service with new bottles of high quality water and clean towels. There was breakfast every morning served by the incredible chefs and any time there were issues or needs we had they were extremely attentive. 5/5 stars for their service!!

This is such a lovely boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and look after you as if you were one of their family. Believe the reviews it really is that good. We would definitely visit again when in Chiang Mai.

Beautiful atmosphere in a typical Thai mansion at the centre of Chiang Mai. We were given more than a very warm welcome with fresh juice and fruits, the host Simon was super friendly. The breakfast included some typical Thai food cooked in place. The room was a whole house actually, it used to be the place where they store rice. It was also bug proof.

The hotel is an old wood house turned into a hotel. The rooms surround the internal courtyard which has a pond, trees and orchids. It is calm and the breakfast which is included is deliciously prepared by Chef Ton. They provide recommendations and make certain your stay is wonderful. A family run business with your positive experience at its heart.
