The accommodation is stunning! With lovely flowers, little fish, and a very, very charming entrance! The reception staff were always fantastic with us! They allowed us an early check-in, even though we didn’t have a room yet, after we requested it in advance! They also helped us call a taxi, and let us store our luggage in a luggage room during our check-out day, because we had a tour that day. They were amazing!! We stayed in a room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was very simple, but there was space for our luggage and to move around, and the bed was comfortable! The room had a window. There were hangers in an open wardrobe, which helped to hang and dry clothes, and it had a fan, which was also very nice! The bathroom had soap and shower gel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and we could walk everywhere!! It’s right in the old town, which was great! We really enjoyed our stay at All in 1 Guesthouse and highly recommend it!!! :) :) :)

Place of Location. Super but expensive breakfast close to hotel (name: world of breakfast) no need of taxi to explore downtown of Chiang Mai (Tipp visit Kats Kitchen, which not only their recommendation list for restaurants! Top food! Nice owner lady!)

The location. It is quite close to the Main Gate, approximately8-10mins away. Far away enough from the main tourist strips that one can escape from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai but yet close enough to visit frequently. Plenty of places to eat close by. What I love is the little garden with the sound of water that makes one feel quite at ease. The room is spacious enough for one and two guests. Ensuite quite clean and water lukewarm which is fine for me. There is blockout curtains which s necessary in the heat of summer. Happy to come again.

From the first moment you step in All in 1 Guesthouse you feel at home! From the smile of the owners to the coziness of the hallway everything is perfect. I appreciated the location of the guesthouse, handy for those who have only a few days in Chiang Mai, right in the old town with lots of things to see and do. You feel like a local and you won't regret it! Appreciated the free water refill everyday. Thanks for everything! Ciao Mattia e Ludo
