Everything is PERFECT, a single room at such price! A/C not required as it is chilly in Chiang Rai during my stay. Walking distance to the bus terminal too. Definitely recommended!

You get what you pay for, room was nice, bathroom was okay. Perfectly fine for 1 or 2 nights. Staff was very friendly
