Sleep House is in the perfect location and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had 3 nights stay in a family room which was nice and spacious (3 ladies of a certain age) Furnishings are nothing fancy but the place is very clean. The cats around the property are so well looked after they don’t bother you at all.

We (two adults, one 17 year old) had the Family room. Which was small but big enough for us. The beds were small but comfortable. The staff were fabulous and having cute cats around the property made it sweet. Location is fabulous for access to all of Chiang Raii delights!

The staff are wonderful and really welcoming at the hotel. The little coffee / breakfast room was freshly stocked each morning with snacks, hot drinks and bread. The rooms are a good size and well furnished.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very welcoming, nice and most helpful! The room was nice, well equipped, bed was comfy - perfection! And it is very close to some great cafes, walking distance to night bazar, awesome restaurants and bars and to the bus station. Located in a quiet street, equipped with parking, wifi and breakfast room. Thank you very much for having us! 🐈

Although the room was a standard motel room it was well appointed and spotlessly clean. I am a cat person so I loved all the cat touches in the decor and fittings. I also really loved the cats that live there. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a nice kitchen area with free tea and coffee, bread and cereals. The location was good and within walking distance of many of the main attractions - the clock tower and the walking street plus restaurants and the bus station. My room was quiet and Sleepy House is in a quiet street with some coffee shops nearby for morning coffee. I would definitely return to Sleepy House if I am ever back in Chiang Rai.

If you are visiting Chiang Rai, then look no further and make a reservation. The hotel is super cosy and we love the cat theme which is visible throughout the hotel very subtle. The hotel is superb clean and we loved the cats hanging around. The Hotel staff is also super friendly. The location is superb just a few minutes walking from the station.

Everything! Located very central in Chiang Rai, walking distance from the bus station still in a quiet street. The bedroom was spacious, full of light, bed was comfy, AC worked fine, there’s a fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. Even if the hotel in theory does not provide breakfast there is a courtesy room where you can get fresh milk, coffee, yogurt, cereals and cookies in the morning. And the room itself is beautiful! The thing we liked the most is how helpful the staff was, they gave us great recommendations for food nearby and there were lovely cats that belong to the hotel. They are so cute and friendly, always willing to play.
