They provide basic break fast of bread, butter and jam and coffee / tea / Ovaltine which is fine given the price for the room is very reasonable. The location is great. The hotel ambience is great. Staff are helpful Room looks cute

The location is quite near to Saturday night market and night bazaar. The friendly and helpful staffs, help me to arrange a day trip Chiang Rai.

This is a very cozy accommodation with excelent value for money. The outside area is quite pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they even kept our bags for a couple of hours after check-out. The room was clean and in good condition. They also offer a simple breakfast option with toast and coffee based on a "tip what you want" system, which is very nice. The guesthouse is located close to the centre of the city and the night market, which is always a plus.

Great location on a quiet backstreet but only 5 min walk to bus station and night bazaar. Perfectly adequate accommodation (especially for the price). Nice garden.

Cosy, clean, friendly staff, with an awesome upper floor to relax and view the city. Importantly, the photographs shown are what you get. A rarity these days. Definitely a place to stay with a great location.
