Very cozy feeling front area, lady at reception was so helpful with transport to the boarder, slow boat ticket through laos and anything else we needed, rooms were decent sizes, bathroom was clean and the balcony was a lovely addition if you get a room upstairs.

Everything! This place is amazing, excellent location and beautiful rooms. We also rented a motorbike and everything was great. You can also get very nice breakfast. 100% recommended

Fantastic location. Nice quiet street, but close enough to the night market, walking street and bus station. Beautiful cats on the premises. Not intrusive but enjoy a pat if you go to them

It is a lovely place with friendly staff, and for this price, the standard is higher than one would expect: cleaning service every day, spacious room with a private bathroom, free coffee and tea... I really enjoyed my stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely cats and plants all around the reception area. Clean room and aircon works well. Screen meshes to keep out insects. Close proximity to bus station and night market. Also, check out the red temple as it's less than 20 minutes walk from the guesthouse and free to enter.

Lovely staff, lovely cats in the property, lovely guest house well cared. Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the centre and bus station. I definitely recommend it.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. There are free tea and coffee available throughout the stay and the room had a little table outside to chill after a long day sightseeing.

Located in center of everything and behind the night bazaar. Great place, very comfy beds, clean and beautiful. We even had a tiny balcony in the triple room. There are also some kittens around :)
