It was clean, rooms were big, staff were so friendly! Had a great chat with the owners! You could even have a view of the paddy field beside the property and I was told that they harvest 3 times a year as it’s very well drained and fertile due to underground water. It was also very near the airport so if you have a flight the next day, this would be a great choice for you to unwind as their breakfast was also spectacular! However, it is quite a distance from the city centre, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet stay.

I just love this place. You can never find such a friendly and ready to help host. They are just so kind and humble. Always greet with a pleasant smile. Great value for money, comfy bed, very spacious room. Housekeeping was done daily and spotlessly clean. Definitely will stay again in my next visit.

The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. The breakfast is varied and tasty. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay here at Annahouse. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. Towels provided, room cleaned daily and fresh water everyday. The location was around an 8 minutes drive to the Night Bazaar or 60 thb in BOLT.

Fantastic hotel overlooking the rice fields about 10 mins drive from the town. Lovely couple running the hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from! There are some restaurants in walking distance or a quick grab ride into town for loads more choices. Loved Chiang Rai! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, clean and the owners are very hospitable and kind. The location is very good. There is parking and the place is quiet. Very good for families. The breakfast is very good.

The breakfast was simple but filling. We loved the little area and the simple yet beautiful ambience around the breakfast area. The kids had fun looking the fish in the little pond while having breakfast. The staff were awesome. They even unlocked the kitchen at night as we had some leftover food that we wanted to eat. They went all out, provided us not only access but also gave us some crockery and utensils. Thankyou so much. They were also very helpful in arranging the shuttle to the airport which wasn't very far but we were a big group so wanted to travel together. The views out the back of the rooms towards the fields and hills were so nice, made us glad to have booked this place away from the busy areas which aren't too far by taxi.

Ms. Anna, the owner is very warm, sweet and hospitable. She and her staff are very caring. The room is clean and cozy. Night time is peaceful and day time brings a nice view of the rice fields and mountains. For the price, it is amazing. The stay also includes a simple, but satiating breakfast. Thank you for being very accommodating! I will definitely come back. :)
