VIEW from my room, i had a beautiful view of the lit top of Wat Prasingh. not the dreamiest view but still very nice for a night. LOCATION Chiang Mai is pretty small and the temples are very close to each other. we did not need to use Grab or transportation. 10 to 20 minutes walk and we had everything around! BEDROOM the room is simple but very nice. the beds are comfortable and you can control the lighting to your liking (deem, bright, etc) BREAKFAST a simple breakfast with bread, cereals, eggs, coffee and tea. the seating area is fairly simple but nice : right in front of their small garden (grass). RECEPTION/CHECK-IN Check-in was really fast. As soon as we arrived we had check-in. beware, you have to give a caution (cash) as soon as you arrive. this caution will be given back to you at the end of your stay if your room hasn't been trashed or anything is broken. i stayed at the entrance a little while for them to give me the go. turns out i didn't need to wait.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside - but it’s a nice hotel. Be mindful there’s no elevator, so you will be dragging your suitcases up flights of stairs

I really enjoyed the breakfast very much really tasty and good...the room was nice and the staff was friendly and polite...loved the swimming pool too.

The room is clean but the bathroom is clean also but I don’t know why pee smelly Staff is friendly and helpful Simple breakfast was okay

In ChiangMai old town. Close to wonderful Wat Pra Singh. Lots of really interesting local restaurants, and only 10min walk to lively restaurant areas and bar/massage/food Sunday walking street. Yet very quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Effective air-conditioning. 15min taxi to airport.

A great place to stay, close enough to everything you need - attractions, temples, restaurants, cafes, 7/11s etc. The staff are great, they organised a couple of trips for us and gave us 5% off which is always nice. Lots to offer on free breakfast, Thai and Western. Free drinking water, tea, coffee, cocoa and loo roll. Asked for extra towels for the pool and they gave us them. Room cleaned daily! Could not fault.

Good location, really quiet nights, no traffic noise. Other guests in the dorm room were also “good guests”. There are three bathrooms for maximum 12 people inside the room which is perfect, there was never a problem to use facilities. The bed was comfortable and curtains guaranteed privacy. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices to make like western or Asian options, and good fruit choices. I think it may be the best hostel breakfast in Chiang Mai! The staff was really nice and the hostel kept clean every day. And there is the pool! Not a big one but to get refreshed on a hot day was pretty amazing…

The hotel staff was great, they were very helpful and made our stay awesome. The rooms were nice and clean and close to the city center.
