It's clean and quiet. Staff are nice and they can solve issues very quickly. The location is great, very close to a large fruit market and the city centre.

The staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. The hotel ammenities were good and they have an elevator which was very useful especially because we had a lot of luggage to carry. Hot water kettle and hair dryer are available upon request. The rooms water pressure and heater temperature were good.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and I must say about the cleanliness and behavior of the staffs are exceptional. Breakfast is very simple which they will inform you at the time of checking-in in the hotel. Room was enough to occupy a couple. This hotel is also nearby to a large vegetable and fruit market which is simply great. The property location is also within short distance from Chiang Mai airport.
