“What a surprise to stay in this lovely boutique hotel!”

Location is excellent and handy. Although the room rate did not include brekkie, they provide free juices, coffee, fruits and yogurt. This boutique hotel only has ten rooms and the owners are running it by heart👍. This is an a-must choice for accommodation in Chiang Mai Old Town.

Central, yet quiet location in the middle of the charming old town. Wonderful, considerate staff who made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Clean, comfortable room with good wifi and AC. Great shower. Free and fast laundry service. Free refreshments, fruits, cookies, toast 24/7.

Although we had a short stay the staff went above and beyond. The service was very friendly and homely. The room/hotel was very clean, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details providing a very comfortable stay. After travelling for some time we had alot of washing and they provided a complimentary service with a quick turn-around. We highly recommend!

The crew was so awesomely friendly, everything was clean. There are snacks and water as well as a laundry service all for free!! We will definitely come again, everything was in walking distance

Location was great walking distance to many nice restaurants and night markets. Hosts were excellent, friendly and really helpful with everything. Beds were comfortable and huge! Exceptionally clean throughout. Toast, cereal, banana and yogurt available at all times in the reception àrea. Coffee making facilities in your room. No tea bags though, but there are some in reception. 7/11 just around the corner and the apartment on a very quiet side street.

This property exceeded my expectations, and I will stay here when I return to Chiang Mai. The reviews of this property are true! The owners are hands-on, kind, and easy to reach. The cleanliness is second to none. I have stayed in mid- to lux properties in Chiang Mai, but this tops them. The property is smaller than usual, but the attention to detail is top-notch. Kong and his team (family) are doing a fantastic job. It was a shame, that I only stayed a single night because rooms weren't available for my upcoming dates, but Kong ensured that we were comfortable as we transitioned to our next hotel in the same area. They even provided extra slippers and towels for our friend who just arrived and wasn't booked in the hotel. There wasn't any breakfast but the lobby was full of snacks, and these were also well thought of. I regret that I only booked a night but I will stay here and recommend on my next trips!
