Caring and attentive staff. The room is clean and cozy. On request, the room is cleaned every day, so everything was always shiny and fresh. I slept very well after long trips to touristic places. When I return to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Very friendly welcome, all staff were very friendly and helpful and happyl. Room was tastefully furnished, comfy bed and all facilities you would expect. We had a problem with the shower (lack of hot water), but it was quickly resolved. Breakfast was was plentiful, with freshly prepared hot food of our choice. Guest house was in a favourable location just outside the city walls.

The staff are excellent. They give advice and tour recommendations to customers in a lovely and polite manner. The room is clean. The housekeeper is attentive and cleans every day. The breakfast has a variety of choices and is very delicious. The location is good. I can walk to various places conveniently and safely.

Service is good, especially a male with glasses.Great hospitality!! Breakfast is perfect. Many food choices, eg,egg,vegetables, cereals,fruit,salad, and toast. Location is easy to access. There are local pad thai,cafe, sevens and saki drink store nearby.Room is clean.Bed is so comfortable.

Nice location near the Thapae city gate. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helped us a lot with all kinds of information! The towels folded into elephants were very cute. Top floor has nice views from the balcony over rooftops. Many nice cafes etc nearby due to closeness to old city. The hotel helped us rent a bike (from buddy rental) and helped us with recommendations for bikes. You can pick up and return the bike at the hotel which is great!

Nice clean bedrooms, good location close to the centre of chiang mai, nice quiet street. I felt safe there as a solo traveller. Breakfast was lovely too.
