The hotel is big and spacious. The room was huge. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a full size bath with hot water all the time. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice, had a few different options of dishes. The staff were nice and I got a gift bag on arrival.

Nice hotel, lovely welcome pack. We stayed during the floods at the end of September 2024. Water levels were up to the top of my thy so the hotel used a pick up to drop and pick up guest to higher ground 24/7. I would stay again.. Decent location too.

Large rooms, very nice welcome present, nice pool. The bed was rather hard, but the housekeeping immediately brought a softer mattress

Good aesthetic all though it is quite outdated. Great staff. They also provide a welcome package of juice, sparking drinks and snacks which I absolutely loved.

We arrived hours before our booking but were greeted and provided with our room well before the check-in time. This was much appreciated as I was travelling with my three young children. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely, large room, we were also given a goodie bag to take up with us which had biscuits, chocolates, water and juice - this was a lovely touch and also very much appreciated. I had accidentally left a suitcase at the airport, and the staff accommodated getting me back in a hotel car to pick it up. Breakfast was excellent, with ample staff to help - Moon and her staff were amazing and she really made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again as it was one of the highlights of my stay in Thailand.
