the girls from the staff are incredible. They really go beyond to help you. They also help me book my tours and gave recommendations. The hostel is clean and good price.

Very friendly staff. In the middle of the old city, but not exactly in the center of the crowd, which made it a perfect place to relax without all the noise.

The lady at reception was very helpful and informative, especially about what to do and the night markets etc. The rooms and bathrooms were pleasant and clean. Also the location was a good walking distance to many attractions. It also felt quite safe as the main door closed and you have a keycard to enter. Was also quite close to the airport.

This hostel covers all the basics; location, comfort, friendly & helpful staff and best of all cleanliness! 10/10 for convenience and comfort - lockers included inside and outside of dorms, a spacious bed with lamp, shelf and curtain for privacy. - super helpful staff with questions and booking of activities - good location just in front of Wat Phra Singh; walking distance to main attractions - extremely clean hostel; this includes the showers and toilets - quiet common area & kitchenette with coffee from 8-11am & water Thank you guys!

everything is great ! very nice and clean place I love the clean and comfortable bed, all the staffs are friendly and helpful they're all professional , so far last 2 years of my traveling with hostel and hotel experiences the August hostel is my BEST place.!!! Thank you !

Great location for temples and bars. The hostel staff were amazing they were so helpful and helped me book excursions at cheaper prices than the tourist shops. They recommended different food markets etc. You can also book a bus to Pai from here and they charged me half the price of the tourist shops, and much cheaper than anything I found online. The room was comfy, good showers. They let me borrow a towel for different day trips at no extra charge.
