Very lovely experience as a whole. Beutiful old house with a absolutely amazing family living there. Very friendly and welcoming people, who take care of their home, the rooms are very tidy, nice bathroom with a shower and AC. Plenty of places to sit during the day to escape the sun and in the evening to hang out and relax. There's always some fruits in the basket to take, a small machine with hot water to make yourself a tea or a coffee. They can make some simple, yet very delicious home food, just ask, but they will probably ask you themselves :)

I loved it here. It’s a family run place and they will go out of their way to help you. The grandma is so lovely! They let me leave a bag for a few days which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Bright and his family were super nice and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We were able to rent a scooter from them, which makes it easy to get around and Bright even let us use his own scooter for free for a few hours on the first night. Thanks for the great recommendations and the lovely stay with you

I am travelling alone this time, this is the closest homestay I can book during the Yipeng Festival, I thought it was in a remote village, good thing is the room is cosy, safe, good smell and quiet. 20 minutes by motorbike to town, which I think is quite acceptable when travelling. Especially Brite's family is so warm and helpful, I love Yaj（Brite's grandmother)， she's elegant and cute. We can talk by using google translation. and Brite he is the best!!!! As someone who works in the tourist area, he knows everything about Chiangmai, and he even helped us make a trip out of town for the sky lantern activity! His mother, an amazing lady, cooking talent, showed me how to make some delicious food! My best moments in Chiangmai are at Brite! Love from Jing~

The location is ideal, you can use transport or Grab without worries, and the family offered to drop me off near the city more than once. The smell of wood in the room, the calm reigning there, it's great, the proximity of a small restaurant 50 m away, and a seven eleven a little further away. And of course the warm welcome, the sharing, the smiles and the kindness of my hosts.
