The staff were very attentive & helpful. We had a wonderful time on the last day of 2024, celebrating the ushering of 2025 with many guests & hotel staff. The songs, dances, music etc put up by the staff were simply authentic and made the night memorable.

Great hotel but it's a dry hotel so no alcohol served. It's far from all the main restaurants snd bars in town snd if you want a cocktail by the pool it's not possible. For that my ratings go lower and I wouldn't stay there again

Staff were super friendly and polite, 10/10 service. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were very good too. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite central but a bit tricky finding transport nearby. However, the hotel had dropped off service, though.

It was the perfect stay - so clean and the staff were so friendly. The bracelet and soap making in the morning by the pool was a nice addition.

The staff were amazing and especially Fo-ever . I think that’s how you spell his name. Our luggage was delayed and he was so helpful making contacts with the airports and baggage handling company. We didn’t have a local SIM card and he used his own phone to make phone calls to get updates etc for hours and finally arranged a luggage pick up from the airport for us the next morning. To have someone so caring and attentive like that was just amazing. Thank you again Fo, you made our stay more than enjoyable. Martin
