It was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were so professional, attentive and kind. They assisted me and answered questions. The pool was also a highlight, absolutely gorgeous.

Good location, right by the night market. Condition of the hotel is good, and the size of room is big relative to other hotels in the region. Facilities at the club lounge and the quality of food offered was excellent.

A Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Location in Chiang Mai Just a five-minute walk from the Night Market. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always responding to any request with a smile and efficiency. The breakfast is rich, varied, and of a very high standard. The hotel has a large pool with plenty of seating areas and a really nice bar. The water was a bit cold, but it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a large, convenient bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was a sky bar with a great view of the city and the pool where you could chill after the whole day of sightseeing.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to two outstanding staff members who made our stay exceptional. Fluke, from the concierge team, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. His friendly demeanor and thoughtful suggestions truly enhanced our experience. Likewise, Aom, from the upstairs lounge, impressed us with her warmth, attentiveness, and engaging conversations. We greatly appreciated her initiative and dedication to excellent service. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the egg station staff. Despite the occasional impatience from guests, they remained efficient, respectful, and consistently delivered excellent service each morning. Additionally, we loved the hotel’s design, from the elegant reception area to the beautifully curated breakfast restaurant. The color schemes and choice of natural materials, infused with a touch of Chiang Mai tradition, created a delightful atmosphere that made every breakfast even more enjoyable. While the gym was compact, it was well-designed and perfectly suited for a quick holiday workout. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
