Large room with premium though dated fittings. Really comfortable bed. Probably has a memory foam topper. The location is good for those who have transport and there is the very authentic Nong Hoi wet market just a two minutes walk.

The place is outside of Chiang Mai old town (you have to rent a scooter or order Bolt) so quiet, with a local market and 7-11 accessible by foot. The room was quite clean and big! They have a garage for scooters. The receptionist and the manager don't speak English well but simple communication was okay.

Very clean hotel with good space and closeby to great spots to eat, shop and things to sightsee. There are 4 floors/levels. Easy check out at any time with simple key drop off in the box provided by the main access door. There is a coin operated washing machine available to use for 50 baht.
