Great price, breakfast and staff. One extra space outside the french windows is nice. Location is good, a Saturday night market is nearby but you may encounter traffic gams if you take a taxi back during peak hours. The traditional market not far away provides foods, dry indredint and nice picture sources.

The location was fantastic, we were able to walk and felt very safe. The room was large and the beds were comfy and we had the addition of a balcony. The breakfast was fresh and there were lots of choices. I loved the availability of cold water from both glass bottles as well as the water cooler, much more environmentally friendly! The pool and staff were lovely. It was a fantastic place to stay.

The location , away from street so quiet , the friendly staff , rooms are clean and have all the facilities required for a comfortable stay . Good varieties of breakfast , free flows coffee , tea and water 24 hours . Strong WiFi .

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, helpful and sincere. Breakfast is very good.I liked my stay there a lot and definitely would come back if in Chiang Mai again! Location is very good, quiet but close to the old city.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Swimminpool towels available, desigend furniture, hooks on the wall and a lot of space to storage your stuff. the hotels did surprise us in the positive way. We loved to stay here. they have possibilities to arrange your laundry. Good breakfast, the choise was not very huge. However the food was very tast full and the best friend eggs in town. Every day other choise in breakfast. During the day (24 hours) coffee, water and fruit were available for free. Room: we stayed with 3 person (2 adults and 1 teenage) in 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single. Enough space for all of us. Good bed at all. Location is nearby the centre. You can walk within 10 minutes to the centre for restaurant, temples, night market. We did rent a bike to discover the area in the centre. You can safely bike throught the centre. the traffice is very polite to bikers. Nearby stations and airport (150 bath for taxi) . We strongly recommand this hotel.

Great breakfast every morning and free water, coffee, fruit 24/7. Pool was great for cooling off. Walking distance to markets.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull, e.g. the people in the room next to ours were extremly loud at night. The next day we could move to another room very easily. Very relaxt atmosphere, Good Coffee.
