The hotel has such a convenient location in the old town, we walked everywhere and had many options for breakfast/lunch in the surroundings. The room with the balcony and the swimming pool view was very nice and cosy.

Located in the North East corner of the Old Town it was easy to get around on foot, exploring the many little ally's and small roads that make up the Old Town. The area was nice and quiet in terms of traffic/bar noise etc but close enough to find both within a few minutes. Hotel is built on 4 floors and has a lift if you don't fancy the stairs. The swimming pool isn't massive but it is sufficient for the size of the hotel and the amount of guests staying. I estimate the length at 25m. There is enough food available at breakfast to get you going each day, eggs are cooked to order. Lots of small laundry and massage businesses nearby.

Good location, easy to walk to lots of attractions & restaurants, also quiet at night. Pool was a nice benefit. Had a slight hiccup on check in as were originally intended to get the sleeper train, but flew instead, and had to book an extra night. We had messaged ahead to hoping the bookings & they confirmed via message. Although when checking in they wanted us to switch rooms the next day. Luckily the lady on reception managed to fix it and called up later that evening to say we could keep the same room.

We decided to stay in Chiang Mai an extra night, but couldn't get into our hotel we were staying, so booked here but wished we booked our whole stay here. Its inside the old town, walk out of reception and everything just a couple of mins walk away. The room was very big, had the all important things, AC, safe, nice bathroom, bed a little hard - but that's Thailand. We were on the ground floor, so our bedroom door opened directly onto the pool, which was really nice and we had our own table and chairs outside. The pool was nicer than in the pics, a little shady and there was a small garden area behind it. Lots of reviews complained about the breakfast but we found there to be a nice selection (not huge) of breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again or would recommended it to friends. The old town is very laid back, lots of temples, restaurants, bars and there's a night market almost every night.

The pool looked nice. The bathroom was also very well designed with a great size jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and the location was great.

Nice big, clean room with amenities refilled daily. Staff were nice and accommodating. As many reviews have previously stated the beds are rather hard but I still slept well so not too bad. Great location and the pool was lovely in the evenings . Would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in central Chiang Mai. Very good location close to sights, restaurants, and night life. Far enough from main road to be quiet at night. Pretty good facilities. Room is very nice. Pool looks nice. Most of staff were very nice.
