The staff is super nice, love how they really try to get to know the people that stay there and you don’t feel like just another number. They asked how your day was and remembered things from the days before. I arrived with the night train and booked the room for the night before and I could check in with self check in at night 4am which was super! I extended my stay and they even gave me a lower bed when I asked. The common area has a nice vibe and is a great place to read a book or drink a cup of (free) coffee. The beds are clean and so are the shower and toilet. Everything you need is provided: locker, towel, drinking water hot and cold, coffee thee and a fridge. Even free breakfast! It’s in the old city center and would definitely come back but mostly because of the super kind people that work there :)

Everything was perfect! Very thoughtful and pleasant aesthetic, very clean and the staff were so lovely. Beds comfy, wifi strong, a well oiled machine all around. I can see why it is such a popular choice. And the location means that everything within the old city is within a 15 minute walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

i took a 4 people female only dorms, it was super conveniant and cozy, the bath and showers were clean and I could feel comfi.. the girls in the reception were helpful with everything i needed, cha cha helped me also to find the next hostal and was having nice chats with me.. i loved my stay here, would totally come back..

I stayed here for four nights and from the moment I arrived I was greeted by Cha who made me feel so at ease whilst being here. She was incredibly welcoming and made me feel super comfortable! The property was calm, clean and friendly. The facilities were great and well looked after. Lots of information leaflets which were great! Cha helped me out SO much with excursions and planning my route for my next stay - she was great and very friendly! I wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked, for a reason!
