Resort Overview

Situated along the tranquil banks of the majestic Ping River locates the luxurious X2 Chiangmai Riverside Resort. Incorporating unique designs with modern and traditional Lanna elements, the 5-storey resort features 30 elegantly designed suites.
The tastefully decorated suites each come fully equipped with modern room amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a TV, seating area and selected views. The private bathroom comes with plump towels and a range of complimentary toiletries.
X2 Chiangmai Riverside's courtyard comes interspersed with leafy 100-year-old tamarind trees and a rooftop gym, pool and bar that overlooks the river. Guests can enjoy soothing X2 spa and fitness facilities during their stay and fine dining in the Oxygen dining room.

Loved the location, was easy to get taxis in and out of the old town from here but was nice as we were able to then come out of the busy-ness of the city and relax at the hotel where it was lovely and peaceful. The breakfast was really lovely and so nice to sit watching the river every morning. The staff were really lovely and friendly also which made the stay even more enjoyable! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it was especially nice to lounge by the rooftop pool in the evenings.

Friendly staff. We like the breakfast with a la carte and mini buffet setting. Room is big with a balcony. We visited there with local flooding issue, but hotel informed us in advance and replied our concern promptly.

The people here are the most warm and kind. The breakfasts everyday are very satisfying. Love the designs of architecture. It’s both antique and fashion.

Hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all delicious. I have to give a special mention to Poppy who was working on the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me by liaising with a motorbike rental company on my behalf and posting an item I had left behind to my next hotel. She is AMAZING!

My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here. We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.
