Originally booked for 5 days ended up staying 20 days. Receptionists very friendly and helpful speak very good English. Cleaners everyday, water and coffee topped up everyday.

Amazing property, clean and very helpful staff The distance was not an issue. We walked the first day to old town. We rented a scooter from them and extend our stay. They provided free water daily and clean the room as per request. Easy to communicate and able to check in early for a very affordable rate as we arrived by train at 4 am. Can easily do your laundry and they provide free detergent. We didn't use the swimming pool but next time for sure.

Great clean & comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Location was ideal for us just far enough out of the hustle and bustle. We booked a motorbike when we arrived and was delivered to the hotel within 15 mins. Pool was nice & refreshing and the onside washing and drying facilities were a lovely touch.

Staff can't do enough for you. As much water and coffee you need. Stored our luggage whilst we travelled for 3 days. Very quiet.

We liked the location as it was across the ping river, away from the busiest part of chiang Mai. There was a 7 eleven nearby. A gorgeous restaurant called Together Restaurant by the river and a great cafe for breakfast called The Lazy Lemon. The hotel served coffee and coissants in the morning, pay as you go. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a nice shady spot to cool off but not really for sunbathing and relaxing. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We did some good treks whilst there including the Monks trail.

Friendly staff, family operation. Myself and my guests loved the location, we found some new favourite restaurants and markets nearby. Self laundry is perfect for longer term stays.
