Location to bars food ATM temples transport hire, coffee, yoga- walking distance… Staff diligence, politeness. Excellent facilities. Safe & secure.

Clean service everyday. Comfortable bed. I love the balcony. Supermarket and night market nearby. Walk 10 mins from bike and motorbike rental. House keeper don’t speak English but Staff in WhatsApp is responsive.

Good value for money we stayed here for 3 nights in total, location was good but had to get a grab taxi which picked you up from right outside for around 100-150baht to take you to the night bazaar and the main streets but you can also walk which it was around 20-25 minutes. Across the road from the hotel at night there is loads of street food stalls to eat from and there is plenty of bars in the area.

Location and staff 20 minutes walk to the night bazar and 5 minutes walk to the weekend night market. So easy to navigate around and the girl at the front desk will give you some tips around the area which was very helpful.

I chose this value-for-money hotel because I was traveling on business. A total of two rooms were booked. The location of the hotel is right on the edge of the old city, surrounded by gas stations, grocery stores, food markets, and other places that are convenient for living. The hotel is convenient for parking (motorcycle), but there is no elevator. My luggage was heavy and it took some time to carry it up, but the hotel staff helped me enthusiastically. Colleagues who stayed on the first floor commented that they could hear a lot of car noise on the first floor compared to the second floor, but overall it was acceptable. I would still recommend it for business travelers, but not for vacationers.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to communicate with us before we stayed. We ended up delaying our trip to Chiang Mai due to the floods and she could not have been better in giving us regular updates as to the state of Chiang mai and the water levels etc. would highly recommend staying here. Quiet as it is just outside the square but everything is walkable from the accommodation.

I loved the room, comfy bed, nice hot shower and AC, wifi okay for work, there's a terrace and staff is very helpful, you can do self check in and check out if you text them. Location is close to everything, especially Silver temple which I would recommend
