Ann is wonderful. She works non stop and is so happy to help you. Our corner connecting rooms were perfect. The cleaning staff is very efficient and every day the room is cleaned early. Bikes are new. Great facility for families. Fresh large coffee in the morning is so good! Pool very refreshing after a long day in the heat. Good wifi. Really liked the local neighborhood. Canal very close. Quiet spot yet only 5 minutes walk to the busy area. A few decent local eating places right by hotel.

It's in a quiet neighborhood and is only a 10 minute walk to the walled city. It's a relatively large hotel but still has a home like quality despite its size.

Amazing stay, highly recommend! Everything was super clean, and the location was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they booked all our activities for us. They even thought about the small things such as free water in the room, and a big fridge in the room. Super safe, clean and comfortable.

Close to the centre and night markets. Good restaurants nearby. The owners are very nice and accommodating. When one of the poolside rooms became available, they let me change room. These rooms are much better if you have small children who want to go in and out of the pool all morning. I would definitely stay again.

Pool area was sunny from 11-4 if you sit in the right spot; luckily it's never too busy so you can grab sunbeds easily. Beds here are really comfy so you'll get a good sleep, the curtains block the light well and there's not much noise in the streets surrounding so overall a great spot.Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels on demand. Nice owners and staff. More of a family vibe here but not too noisy.

Room and bed were both huge! Bathroom also a good size with a high quality shower. Balcony had a clothes airer which was useful. Room was cleaned to a good standard everyday with water replenished. We were able to check in during the night which was ideal as we landed very late. We didn’t use the pool but the area looked very clean and was never crowded. Staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them to assist with from laundry to arranging transport for us.

The rooms were great. The pool area is really nice and plenty of spots to sit! The owner helped out a lot and provided help with tours and transport.
