Good location, comfortable beds, clean pool. No onsite restaurant but you are so close to everything it doesn't matter. Only negative for me was WiFi being slow which I needed for work however for what you pay it's definitely not a hindrance. I would recommend for couples or solo travellers.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Clean and quiet, easy to get around, right next to the Sunday night market Air conditioner a tiny bit loud if you’re a light sleeper

The location is really great. It is in the old town, near from everything (shops, restaurants, temples, bars, party area...), but in the small road, so it is really quite in the whole day. Staff was really friendly. Rooms are large, and clean. Thank you!

Great location. Friendly and welcoming staff who were always happy to help. Clean, spacious and bright room with really good AC and a terrace. Mosquito nets on the bed. I arrived early so couldn't check in but they let me use the shower by the pool and had luggage storage.

It was really helpful being allowed to use all the facilities before check in and after check out, they let us stay in the swimming pool area, taking a shower and kept the luggage. Very beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.

Awana House hostage & everything is exellent. Rooms are Wonderful, charming & sophisticated (I was in 2). In the best Chiamg Mai location: it is In a Gardened fresh & silent row among neighbours as bike rental, Laundry & seamstress, a small drugstore & interesting expats. At less than 100 mt from all the Chiang Mai old town magic. I definitively reccomand this place.
